Grah-dom Shots

I got off the Graham Avenue stop and took some random shots in that vicinity.

Fool’s Gold

You might call the New York Lottery, “Fool’s Gold” but I always saw the lottery system as the poor man’s 401K: each week you put a little into it and one day it may or may not pay off.  I suppose your chances of hitting it big with a 401K at some point is greater, but don’t say that to all those that lost their entire life savings during this little Great Depression that’s happening (and not going anywhere) all around us.  From Graham Avenue, Greenpoint, Brooklyn.

Colorful Trash

I finally made it outside.  The wind and the rain has a colorful way of bringing out the rubbage.

Mid-Level Creepy Lion

Nothing says, “Stay Away!” like this creepy stuffed animal lion.  I think that’s what it is.  If you walk on Graham Avenue at any frequency, you’ve probably seen this building with the basement apartment door and strange animals on the porch.  Sorry, but something about it gives me that creepy feeling inside.
