Amazing cake! From Williamsburg’s La Villita Bakery on Grand Street.. you know the place (below). People in the know say this place is actually very good once you get past the crazy cakes in the windows.

Baggage

Where Grand Street meets the East River in Brooklyn, we find Grand Ferry Park.  And yesterday when a friend of mine and I visited, we found an odd assortment.

My friend thought it was an art piece, I didn’t know what to think of it. The plastic bag was filled with glittery fabric and the purse was filled with empty address books. I thought for a split second while I was looking through it that it might blow up, dismissed that thought, took another picture and continued on.
